This website is provided for customers interested in wholesale liquidation pallets, bulk inventory, customer returns, overstock merchandise, closeouts, and pallet sourcing services.
2. Product Information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, categories, prices, and availability. However, liquidation inventory changes quickly and product details may vary by pallet.
3. Pallet Condition
Liquidation pallets may include new, used, open-box, returned, untested, damaged packaging, shelf-pulled, or assorted-condition items. Buyers should understand this before placing an order.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance until payment is confirmed and inventory is verified. We reserve the right to cancel, reject, or modify orders when necessary.
5. Payments
We accept credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal. Orders are processed only after payment has been received, verified, and matched to the customer order.
6. Product Availability
Pallets and bulk lots are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, our team may offer an alternative pallet, store credit, or support-based resolution.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship locally, nationwide, and worldwide. Delivery time depends on order size, destination, freight availability, carrier route, and customs processing for international shipments.
8. Freight Inspection
Buyers are responsible for inspecting pallet shipments before signing delivery paperwork. Visible freight damage should be noted with the carrier immediately.
9. Returns & Refunds
Most liquidation pallet sales are final and sold as-is. Refunds or returns may only be reviewed under approved circumstances such as confirmed order errors or documented freight issues.
10. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted quickly. Once an order is confirmed, packed, assigned to freight, shipped, or released for pickup, cancellation may no longer be available.
11. Buyer Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for reading descriptions, understanding liquidation risks, providing correct shipping details, receiving freight, and complying with resale laws in their location.
12. Limitation of Liability
Mega Pallets Liquidation is not responsible for resale profit expectations, buyer sorting costs, market price changes, third-party carrier delays, or misuse of purchased inventory.
13. Website Content
Website content, images, layout, text, branding, and design elements may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without permission.
14. Policy Updates
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the latest version.
