Detailed Policy Guide

How Our Store Policies Work

Review each policy section before completing your pallet purchase.

01

Order Processing

Once an order is placed, our team reviews the order details, pallet category, quantity, shipping information, and payment status. Processing time may vary based on order volume, pallet size, freight coordination, and destination.

02

Payment Confirmation

Payment must be confirmed before any pallet is reserved, prepared, released, shipped, or scheduled for delivery. If payment is delayed or cannot be verified, the order may remain pending or be cancelled.

03

Pallet Condition

Liquidation pallets are sold as wholesale inventory and may include mixed conditions. Items may be new, used, open-box, shelf-pulled, returned, incomplete, damaged packaging, tested, untested, or assorted by category.

04

Product Availability

Because liquidation inventory moves quickly, listed pallets may sell out, change, or become unavailable. If a selected pallet is no longer available, our support team may offer a replacement option or order assistance.

05

Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Once an order has been confirmed, packed, assigned to freight, shipped, or released for pickup, cancellation may no longer be available.

06

Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for reviewing product details, understanding liquidation pallet risks, providing accurate delivery information, inspecting freight at delivery, and following resale laws in their location.

Before You Complete Your Purchase

Liquidation pallets are not the same as standard retail products. Buyers should understand that pallet contents may vary and resale results are not guaranteed. We encourage every customer to read product descriptions, shipping information, and store policies before ordering.

✓ Review pallet category and product details.
✓ Confirm your shipping address is correct.
✓ Understand pallets may include mixed conditions.
✓ Inspect freight before signing delivery receipt.
✓ Contact support quickly if there is an order issue.

Important Final-Sale Notice

Most liquidation pallet sales are final. Pallets are sold as wholesale inventory and may not qualify for standard retail returns. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy for more details about final-sale rules, freight claims, and support review.
