Policy Overview

Returns & Refund Policy

At Mega Pallets Liquidation, we sell wholesale liquidation pallets, customer returns, overstock, shelf pulls, closeouts, and mixed merchandise lots. Because liquidation inventory is sold in bulk and may include mixed conditions, most pallet sales are considered final.

This policy explains our final-sale rules, damaged freight claim process, order issue review, and how to contact support when help is needed.

Understanding Liquidation Inventory

Liquidation pallets are different from regular retail products. A pallet may contain assorted items, mixed models, different brands, open-box goods, packaging damage, returns, or products that require testing, cleaning, sorting, or resale preparation.

01

No Standard Retail Returns

Wholesale pallets are not returnable like normal retail items unless an approved order issue applies.

02

Inspect Delivery Carefully

Check your shipment before signing. Report visible damage to the carrier and keep all proof.

03

Contact Support Quickly

Report order issues as soon as possible with your order number, photos, and a clear explanation.

Claim Process

How to Report Damaged Freight or Order Issues

Follow these steps so our support team can review your request properly.

1. Inspect Before Signing

Check the pallet, wrapping, boxes, and visible freight condition when the carrier arrives. If damage is visible, write it on the delivery receipt before signing.

2. Take Clear Photos

Take photos of the pallet, damaged packaging, freight label, and affected items. Clear documentation helps speed up the review process.

3. Keep Packaging

Do not discard pallet wrap, boxes, labels, or damaged packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

4. Contact Support

Send your order number, delivery details, photos, and explanation to our support team for review.
